Tania discussed the importance of lymphatic drainage for detoxifying the body and aiding in recovery from illness. She explained that the lymphatic system doesn't have a natural pump like the cardiovascular system, so manual activation through tapping, walking, jogging, rebounding, or yoga can be beneficial. She detailed a specific tapping sequence, starting with the collarbone, then the head, armpits, abdomen, leg creases, and finally behind the knees. Tania emphasized that these points are crucial for proper lymphatic drainage and overall health.
